i have returned from the fabled land of california. my trip was fun but i’m oh so tired. on saturday night i hung out with some friends. we watched clerk animated and drank. my friend scott gave me a bunch of toys. he works at mattel on the hotwheels line. they have a mock toy store isle in the building which they update every few weeks. they usually trash the toys or give them to whoever will take them. so he grabbed a bunch for me including the new batmobile, and a Star Wars unleashed action figure of anikin.
overall my trip was good. i spent all day sunday visiting with family and letting them know of my engagement. at least they were all in one place at the same time. which was nice.
